The ICLC Second Opinion Program provides physicians with access to expert, evidence-based guidance for the management of low-grade serous carcinoma (LGSOC) and serous borderline tumors of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum.
This free, online service functions as a virtual tumor board and offers non-binding educational advice to licensed clinicians. The program does not provide medical care, make clinical decisions, or establish a physician-patient relationship. There is no billing and no direct interaction with patients or family members. The program does not perform independent review or interpretation of pathology specimens, diagnostic imaging, or other clinical data. All medical judgement and patient care decisions remain solely with the treating clinician.

How It Works
Expert Panel Review
The multidisciplinary ICLC LGSOC Expert Panel considers each submission and provides non-binding, evidence-based educational guidance informed by current literature and collective expertise.

Within one week, you’ll receive a written summary outlining areas of expert consensus, as applicable, based on the educational guidance provided.
